Signing Ceremony for Tie-in Agreement Between Hoang Long JOC and Thang Long JOC

On June 11, 2012 at the Intercontinental Saigon Hotel, the Management of Hoang Long JOC (HLJOC) and Thang Long JOC (TLJOC) signed the Tie-in Agreement (TIA) and the Framework Agreement for Measurement and Allocation (FAMA) for the tie-in of Hai Su Trang and Hai Su Den Fields of TLJOC to the Te Giac Trang Field facilities of HLJOC.

 

Oil and gas production from TLJOC’s Fields will be transported through a subsea pipeline system to H1 Well Head Platform (WHP-H1) and TGT Armada 01, a Floating, Processing, Storage and Offloading Vessel (FPSO) of HLJOC with capacity of 55,000 barrels/day for export.

 

The tie-in of Hai Su Trang and Hai Su Den Fields into Te Giac Trang Field facilities of HLJOC saves hundreds of millions of US Dollars for the Investors of TLJOC (PVEP and Talisman) by using the available production facilities of HLJOC.  

Hai Su Trang and Hai Su Den Fields of TLJOC are planning to start first production in May 2013.
